Free online libraries and books

Have you ever experienced frustration while surfing over your social media, watching You Tube or TV? Have you suddenly quietly wished you could just grab a book and enjoy the magical world of words and quietness and explore your own imagination? But the one thing that stopped you was that you would needed to head out to a library which isn't so close and have no idea what did you wish to read what so ever?

Well I've been there. As much as I have always been a physical book lover over the time it became a bit inconvenient. Whenever I had time to go to library it was not open, I stopped bringing books with me to school since they meant extra weight in my already too heavy bag, I was struggling with returning them on time duo to my busy schedule. Overall I stopped reading books for a few years.

But than about a year ago my friend showed me how I can download free books on my phone, kindle, tablet...

I was introduced to Z-library. It is a type of online library where you can search your books by author, title, genre, recommended lists, other people's liking (this is possible only if you create an account, which is also free for standered use) and it's completely free. It also contains different science articles and text books. The great part about is that you can find many books in more than just one language. But keep in mind that the prime language of the library is American english.

But here's a little catch. These library was created for kindle users originally only. That is why if you are to use the library and read books on your phone or tablet you will need to download a supporting file opener. I would recommend using Lithium which is EPUB reader supporter but works just the same for other devices.

The part I like the most about it is that you can costum it to your liking. You can create a different bookshelves for different types of books, turn the reader into dark mode and turn down the brightness of a book on app before changing the actual brightness of your device. You can make text bigger or smaller. Anything you could wish for.

After you'll download books from Z-library most of them will go directly to your Lithium app where you'll be able to read them straight away. But a few of them might need a special step in between. Z-library allows its users to upload books they might like on their own (that is why you can find so many books there). But most of the useres uploed books in PDF files. If you're okay with reading your book in PDF form also you won't be needing this step. But if you are like me you will convert your PDFs to an actual book.

My online choice for that is Zamzar. You will upload the PDFs you downloaded from Z-library there and convert them to EPUB files. Zamzar also gives you an option to convert your files into other diffrent styles you might need. So this is a keep in mind type of online convertor. After you uploaded your PDF yous download converted file and you will have your book read in your Lithium.
